Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Legendarry Beauty. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, and our appointment booking services to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site, purchasing items, or booking a beauty service appointment, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, "Terms").
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing our website or booking our services.
Our storefront is hosted on Shopify Inc., and our appointment services are scheduled and processed through Square, Booksy & Gloss Genius


1. Booking & Appointments
  • All appointments must be booked through our official scheduling system powered by Square.
  • You agree to provide accurate personal details, including your full name, phone number, and email address, when booking.
  • We reserve the right to refuse booking services to any individual for any reason at our sole discretion.
Same-Day Bookings
  • Appointments scheduled on the same day as the requested service are subject to a $50 last-minute booking fee.
  • Same-day appointments are highly susceptible to scheduling complexities due to the late submission.
  • Legendarry Beauty cannot guarantee immediately open availability for same-day requests. If your late submission cannot be accommodated due to schedule conflicts, we will contact you to reschedule or process a prompt refund. 

2. Cancellation, Rescheduling, & No-Show Policy
  • You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time.
  • We do not charge cancellation fees. However, if you fail to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, or if you do not show up for your appointment, your future booking privileges will be modified.
  • Following a late cancellation or no-show, you will be required to pay the full price upfront for any future beauty services before your booking can be confirmed.
  • Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in a cancelled appointment and will be treated as a late cancellation, triggering the upfront payment requirement for future bookings.
  • Provider Cancellation & Deposits: In the rare event that Legendarry Beauty is at fault for missing or cancelling a scheduled appointment, any deposit paid will be fully refunded to you within 7 days. These provider-fault refunds will be processed via Apple Pay, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle.

3. Payments & Balances
  • All final payments for services rendered are due immediately upon completion of your appointment.
  • Online retail transactions are processed securely through Shopify, and booking transactions are managed via Square.
  • Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission over networks for your security.

4. E-Commerce & Product Sales
  • Prices for our beauty products and services are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
  • Product returns and exchanges are handled strictly according to our store Return Policy.

5. Client Health & Safety
  • It is the client's responsibility to notify Legendarry Beauty staff of any known skin sensitivities, allergies, medical conditions, or recent cosmetic treatments before the service begins.
  • Legendarry Beauty is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health or skin conditions.

6. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the site, booking system, or its content:
  • For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • To submit false, misleading, or stolen payment details.
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property or the intellectual property of others.
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, or discriminate against staff or other clients.

7. Limitation of Liability
  • Legendarry Beauty is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our retail products or booking services.
  • We do not guarantee that our online website or booking system will be entirely uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

8. Governing Law
  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States.
