Booking Policy

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts are as follows:

• Legendarry Face: $100deposit (remaining balance due day of service)
• The Snatural Face: $75 deposit (remaining balance due day of service)
• Wedding Makeup: Deposit amount confirmed at booking (remaining balance due 24 hours before the wedding date)

Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your total service balance.

Cancellations

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible to have their deposit transferred to a rescheduled appointment (one reschedule permitted per booking).

No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit in full. Any client who no-shows will be required to pay the full service amount upfront before scheduling their next appointment. No exceptions.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation at the artist's discretion, with the deposit forfeited.

Mobile Services

Legendarry Beauty offers mobile services starting at $25+, depending on your location. Travel fees will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of booking.
